"Participant" means the individual enrolled in the Programme
"Materials" means all content, resources, and tools provided
"Tiers" refers to Core, Pro, and Elite membership levels

2.1 The Programme is a 16-week performance psychology course delivered through:
Physical journal
Digital content
Live workshops (tier dependent)
Support channels (tier dependent)
2.2 Delivery Schedule
Start dates determined by Provider
Content released according to programme structure
Workshop dates communicated in advance
3. PAYMENT AND FEES
3.1 Payment Options
Full payment upfront
Approved installment plan (4 monthly payments)
All fees in GBP
3.2 Payment Terms
Full payment obligation upon enrollment
No cancellation of installment plans
Missed payments may result in access suspension
No refunds under any circumstances

No deferral to future cohorts
